Jones and Associates consultants have made a specialty of assisting organizations that have experienced threats of violence or actual violent acts in their work environments. Our goal is to effectively mitigate risk in the workplace and implement measures to ensure staff safety. We provide proactive organizational risk assessments, threat assessments, training and other strategies to assist clients with their commitment to the prevent workplace violence.

The Workplace Violence services offered are one-on-one behavior modification coaching, prevention program development, facility risk assessment and abatement, and active shooter training from seasoned law enforcement professionals.


Assessment 

Our assessments provide a comprehensive overview of the incident or issue. We will determine the remaining threats with recommendations. We provide expert investigators to assist our clients with all aspects of employee relations issues.

We provide comprehensive assessments, investigation, intervention and recommendations to assist our clients with their personnel decisions.  We work with clients to resolve difficult or complex terminations and/or other employment decisions. We assist clients with compliance with in all areas of Human Resources.
