Lorna Jones, Principal
Obtaining a Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law and an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Sacramento, I have an extensive background in Human Resources leadership in a wide variety of businesses and organizations. I am a strategic partner to my clients in providing them successful resolution to any Human Resource matter. I have extensive experience overseeing hundreds of clients in healthcare, financial, technology and professional sector with over eleven thousands employees. My experience and content expertise in the law enables me to resolve complex issues for my clients. I am a performance driven leader whose talents lie in employee relations, strategic planning, employee engagement, dispute resolution, and mentoring and coaching aimed at strengthening the development of individuals and organizations.
In addition, I have chaired successful collective bargaining negotiations for multiple union contracts and successfully responded to all internal and external union campaigns. I have also presented union avoidance programs and successfully managed labor relations for companies with both union and non-union employees.
Chris Henry, Inspector
I currently work as a Law Enforcement Inspector conducting patrol operations, guard force inspections, physical security, personnel security, protective operations, administrative security, and vulnerability assessments for all government owned or leased buildings and facilities using the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) standards. I have personally conducted over 40 vulnerability assessments to include low security Social Security offices to high security Federal Courthouses. I design and test alarm systems, intrusion detection systems, physical access control systems, closed circuit television (CCTV) systems, and vehicle and pedestrian barriers to protect facilities and personnel from possible harm. I provide guidance on threats and vulnerabilities related to federal facilities, and identify mitigations to those threats and vulnerabilities; I plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor all law enforcement response to potentially violent or threatening public demonstrations. Furthermore, I plan, manage and direct all matters related to criminal investigations and law enforcement operations, emergency preparedness, physical and electronic security, and crime prevention for the facilities.
I train stakeholders on active shooter, violence in the workplace, proper mail handling, bomb threat, personal security awareness, proper storage and safe guarding of classified material, and operation security. I serve as an agency Terrorism Liaison Officer Coordinator (TLOC) to the Regional Threat Assessment Center (RTAC), Fusion center and NPPD’s Protective Security Advisor (PSA).
